SUPERTOX

Introduced in Angola more than 40 years ago, the brand has been most successful in fighting mosquitoes and a variety of other flying & crawling insects. SUPERTOX Mais Forte Insecticide has been continuously developed and tested since 1973 in the harshest conditions - the African Malaria Belt. This DDVP based insecticide formulation has a strong knock-down effect and a high residual kill ratio. SUPERTOX Mais Forte insecticide effectively kills mosquitos in your house or place of work. The product is not only very effective in the battle against Malaria, but also against other Mosquito borne illnesses like Zika, West Nile Virus and Dengue Fever.

Our Target Market

GYLLENTORGET's focus is on the ongoing battle against Mosquitos. Mosquitos kill more humans and spread more disease than any other animal. Mosquitos transfer viral diseases like Malaria, Yellow Fever, Dengue Fever and various types of Encephalitis. Some mosquitos are vectors (epidedemiology) for infectious pathogen. In other words they can carry or transfer infectious disease from one host to another - one human or animal to another or from animal to human.

The Zika Virus is spread primarily through the bite of an infected Aedes species mosquito (Aedes aegypti, Aedes Albopictus). Zika Virus infection is typically not deadly, but infection during pregnancy can cause severe fetal brain defects including microcephaly.

We develop effective and manufacture products which are safe and beneficial for consumers.

Continuous Development

Unfortunately, evolution does not come to a halt for mosquitos. Like every other living organism, insects adapt and evolve. As they do, they can become resistant to insecticides. At GYLLENTORGET we continuously adapt our product formulations to meet this challenge and other developments.
